Can I Rent an Operator with My Forestry Equipment?

We can offer operators to your equipment rental for an additional fee. You will be invoiced for their time, per diem, and a pickup truck for transportation. For more information on rates, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help you find the best solution for your needs.

How Do I Pay? Is There a Deposit?

To ensure a smooth transaction, we kindly request that the deposit and first month’s rent be submitted prior to the equipment leaving our lot. We offer the option of payment via credit card or check for your convenience.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

To ensure the smooth processing of your rental, we kindly ask that you inform us at least two weeks in advance of any changes to your scheduled rental. Our rental schedule is packed, so we ask that you let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

What documentation is required to rent equipment?

How long can I keep equipment on rent?

We offer rentals by the week, month, or longer. Extended contracts are available for projects that need equipment for an extended period.

What happens if equipment has an issue during my rental?

If a machine goes down, contact us right away. We’ll assess whether the equipment can be serviced in the field or if a replacement unit should be brought in.

Can I rent more than one machine for a project?

Yes. We can arrange multiple units for large-scale jobs such as utility right-of-way work, storm recovery, or wetland access.
